Equipment Performance
- This machine adopts a hydraulic power system for control, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
- Using a punching/shearing mechanical principle, it can punch/shear V-notches and installation openings for hardware such as handles and locks.
- The die opening height is controlled by limit switches on the machine panel. The lower limit switch controls the die closing height, while the upper proximity switch controls the die opening height. Stroke height adjustment is achieved via the M8 bolts on the panel. Operation is simple and work efficiency is high.
- The two sides of the lower blade of the steel-liner die serve as shearing-width adjustment blocks. The shearing depth of the steel liner can be adjusted by positioning blocks.
